We have planned and develop your website using the following Standard:

- Easy to change Standard Information like, Company Info, Staff Info, Others Setting Informations.

- Added Standard Contents will scaled on your website front end automatically.
- Feature Extension would be easily implemented. i.e. additional of menus, team members, etc.
Media Folders:
In the Media Library is where all your images are being categorized and stored. We have upgraded your media library into professional file manager.
We have dedicated 3 folders for Dynamic Data to feed into your front end webpages: Award, Team Bonding, Training Picture.
Please do not change, delete these folders !
For future additional photos and images, you can add them into these folders and your front end pages shall be automatically updated.
Tips: when adding images in the future, please use semantic naming as what we have done for you on these file naming. It will improve your Search Engine Ranking.

This controls the main hero section on your Homepage. You can update. Changes made here will dynamically update the hero content on your site without needing to go into the page editor.
Privacy Policy Setting Page:
Update the content for your Privacy Policy in Setting Page. This ensures the legal or company-specific information you display is easy to manage and edit in one place. Any changes here will automatically apply to the Privacy Policy page.

Creating Products:
Adding / Updating Products, Brand, Categories.
To manage the Products / Categories / Brands on your website, you can add, edit, or remove items through the Products CPT. Each product represents an item you offer and will appear automatically on your site once published.
If you need to update a product for example, changing its name, content, or availability you can simply open the product from the product list, make your changes, and save them.
The changes will instantly reflect on the front end without needing to edit the actual page manually. Any Products added will be updated to this page.
Adding / Updating Brand and Categories Selection.
To manage Category and Brand selections on your website, you can add, edit, or remove items through the Categories and Brands submenus. Each category you add will appear in the product selection field and will help users filter or search for products more easily.
Any changes you make to Brands will automatically be reflected on the front end, without needing to manually edit the page. Each Brand you add will also support search and filtering functionality, and will be automatically displayed on header mega menu and this page.
Adding / Updating Services:
The Services allows you to manage the list of services displayed on your website. You can add new services by clicking “Add New Service” and filling in the relevant details, or update existing ones through the “All Services” page by editing the service content as needed.
If a service is no longer offered, you can remove it by moving it to the trash / or changing the status to “Draft”
Any changes you make here whether adding, updating, or deleting will be automatically reflected on the Services page of your website, making it easy to keep your service offerings accurate and up to date.

Form Submission:
Every time a user submits a form through the website whether it’s the Join Us form, the Newsletter Subscription form, or the Contact Form their information will automatically be saved and listed under the Submissions tab in the WordPress dashboard.
This tab serves as a central place where you can view and manage all incoming form entries in one convenient location.
Each submission will include the details filled out by the user, such as their name, email, message, or any other custom fields included in the form.
This makes it easy for you or your team to track inquiries, respond to messages, follow up with applicants, and manage newsletter sign-ups without relying solely on email notifications.
